Waterfall Model

Spiral Model

Spiral Model Agile modelling is a variation of the spiral model but rather than completing each stage in a linear sense the developer can complete small sections of each. For example they analyse a small part of the problem, design a piece of code for that, write the code and then analyse a little more of the problem. This is called an iterative process as changes are made constantly. The user is involved heavily in feedback throughout.
