Learning Objectives: 1) Create a blueprint for their own institution that allows for a more granular approach to programming, resulting in a high level of engagement 2) Understand how a small shop maximizes relationships in order to achieve engagement goals 3) Create a schedule of low cost programs that have a high impact on students and alumni
