Positive Comments Highest standard of care from Mr Carpenter and his team. (Foundation Trust governor) I cannot praise highly enough the way Kathy and her colleague put me at ease Everybody was so kind and helpful Very impressed with the consultant, spent time explaining everything to me and my partner, very happy.

Areas for improvement?? Needs better directions from car park (NB Should have read the other-side of letter). Re-open walkway from A+E towards reception entrance please! Dead flies on window sill in waiting area and cups under chairs. Need better out of hours telephone advice cover at weekends.
