Our School Demographics Total Enrollment: 1425 students grades K-12 Gender: 48% Female 52% Male Ethnicity: 89% White 5% African American 4% Hispanic 2% Asian >2% of students are classified as ELL 35% of the students have a status of Economically Disadvantaged

Survey Details 26 questions -2 questions categorizing level and experience in teaching -24 agree/disagree questions

Survey Sample 139 responses -include K-12 staff throughout our district -26 high school staff members -27 middle school/high school staff members -16 middle school staff members -3 elementary/middle staff members -51 elementary staff members -16 K-12 staff members

Survey Sample Of the 139 responses, staff had the following levels of experience: 11 have taught less than a year 17 have taught 1-2 years 26 have taught 3-5 years 24 have taught 6-10 years 61 have taught over 10 years
