Just a quick reminder about poverty…

Poverty is the reason that diseases spread so quickly in Africa Poverty is the reason that diseases spread so quickly in Africa. When you are poor you are more likely to get sick. Famine can also lead to death and malnutrition. This is mostly present in Sub-Saharan Africa, where not many crops are grown.

Why do so many Africans go hungry? The reason there are so many starving Africans is NOT because a lack of food on the planet. There is plenty of food on Earth, but most of it is not in Africa. Africa has a lack of food due to bad soil, overpopulation, and poor crop production.
