I can explain how Ancient Roman trade. .

Essential Question How did Ancient Rome trade

Essential Standard 6.H.2.1  Explain how invasions, conquests, and migrations affected various civilizations, societies, and regions.

Ancient Rome traded with many other countries, city states, and empires. The traders brought items from Africa and Asia. The Ancient Romans had never seen these items before. Roman goods traded through out the empire made Roman merchants very wealthy. Trade prompted the making of Roman coins. The coins led to an increase in trade because Roman coins were accepted almost anywhere. Trade was very important for Ancient Civilizations. This was also the case for Ancient Rome. Ancient Roman traders bought silk, tea, spices, and porcelain from Asia. Goods that were made in Ancient Rome were: glass, jewelry, and clothing.

Get out a sheet of paper and head it properly.
