Names of cities are capitalized. nearly: The adverb nearly should be used as it modifies a verb (is). downtown, it doesn’t: Downtown is one word. A comma is used to separate an introductory element from the rest of the sentence. The apostrophe was missing from the contraction doesn’t. everything: Everything is one word. within: Within is one word. distance: Distance was misspelled today and: A comma only appears before a conjunction when there are sentences on either side.
