IN-OFFICE MEDICATIONS : 6 steps. I know you can do it!! 1. Select driving diagnosis 2. Under instructions, type: MEDICATION, TOTAL MG DOSAGE, and ROUTE (AND mg/kg rationale if applicable) 3. Mark order with CHECK Then, PLACE ORDER and TASK RN **NEXT, YOU MUST “UNCOMPLETE” THE ORDER*** 4. Navigate to COSIGN ORDERS tab 5. Doubleclick & launch the order 6. UNCHECK the “Completed” box Save and close You did it! 7. Verbally communicate order to RN
