*Inertia Lab Have your notebooks ready to head to the lab

Intro clip on inertia start at 1.25 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=om2o5c-2byY&t=217s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xAXy1ur9QQc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VrWgDnkIjE8&list=PL07249EFA9038FDC1&index=1

Objective: Write on the page What is inertia and how can we use this concept in different scenarios?

Inertia Inertia – the tendency of an object to resist changes in its state of motion

For each station: Inertia Pages Draw set up Describe (in words) the set up and what the activity was Describe (in words) the result(s) Note if you changed anything, etc.

Closing Talk through different stations- Did you change anything? What is a real life example of inertia that you have experienced in your life? Describe what happens if you are riding a skateboard and hit something (like a curb) with the front wheels.
