Earth Hour and Earth Month 2016 Legacy of Good Goal Develop and maintain sustainability initiatives in 100% of Dell-operated buildings Reduce Emissions Plant a tree from anywhere in April Track your action as volunteering or community service if done with a community partner (link below) Track your action as a “My Sustainability” action under the “reduce emissions” action area in the community (link below) Conserve Energy Participate in Dell’s Power Down your technology initiative Power down your technology during April from 5pm until 9am and track your action as a “My Sustainability” action in under the “conserve energy” section This no longer counts as community service. Reduce Emissions Plant a Tree Conserve Energy Earth Hour & Power Down Recycle Waste Roadside & Beach Cleanup Recycle Waste Clean up a road or beach in April Participate in a roadside or beach cleanup during the month of April Track your action as volunteering or community service if done with a community partner (link below) Planet Education Attend or host an education event about the environment Attend an education event hosted by the Planet ERG – events will be listed on our Earth Month Group page This activity does not count as volunteer time Planet Education Events on planet education Online Community is here: https://dell.yourcause.com or www.poweringthepossible.com.
