Ethical Dilemma Laura, a university faculty member, has a school-aged son. His computer just broke, and Laura doesn’t have the money to get a new one right now. She has a university laptop that she uses because she often works from home or on the road. She knows that if she lent that laptop to her son for a few weeks, no one would notice, and she’d make sure he didn’t damage it. Which, if any, ethical standards address this dilemma?
