SCRIBE

SCRIBE I have studied a lot to become a SCRIBE. I work in the Pharaoh’s house. I control the taxes and the amount of things that enter and exit from the Pharaoh’s granaries. I write letters to important personalities. I’m a respected person and my social position is high, since only a few in the Egyptian society can read and write. I belong to the PRIVILEGED CLASS which are wealthy and have political power. For further information click on here: http://www.ancientegyptonline.co.uk/scribe.html
