Policy context New Supporting People strategy from CLG Independence and Opportunity: ‘Keeping service users at the heart of the programme…’ Outcomes framework has five domains that include ‘enjoying and achieving’ with specific outcome indicators for: Support in relation maintaining links to external services, groups, friends and family
