NUCAS news New system launch in february 2016. Did it work out well? System consolidation in 2017. Main headache is synchronization between databases, and continuing dependence on a few persons. Further progress? New admission system for vocational schools by 2020. 25.05.2019

Scope and organization Continuous merging processes and reorganizations: January 2016: FS and SUN January 2017: Cristin January 2018: Bibsys and Uninett More responsibility for driving digitalization processes in the HEI sector (Governments Strategy for Digitalization) Increasing scope and growing organization Centralized admission system for vocational schools planned for 2020 Probably same for studies in performing music Possibly integrating currenty locally adminisistered admission services (Master degress and others) with NUCAS 25.05.2019
