1) traits, genetics, heredity

2) allele, gene, example

3) allele, recessive, dominant, trait, phenotype, genotype Alleles create a genotype which can be either dominant or recessive. This creates a phenotype that shows the physical traits of a person or organism. (JV is awesome) (C+) Phenotype and genotype sound similar, hence they are both related to traits, which is determined by their alleles, which is categorized into recessive or dominant. (Cindy) (C+)

5) An organism has the genotype AaBB. What alleles would be found in all the possible gametes that this organism could produce? If this organism were crossed with aaBB, what fraction of their offspring are expected to be heterozygous for both traits?
