Tie2 protein were immunoprecipitated from 1000ug cell lysates, the total tyrosine phosphorylation were determined by western blot with antibody against phospho-tyrosine (pY-tie2). AXL and MET protein levels and phosphorylation levels were measured to validate the treatment. The western blot represents three independent experiments.
