Important dates Graduation is June 17 @ 8 pm Alaska Airlines Arena on the UW campus Prom is June 8 at the MoPop museum (formerly EMP) $35 per ticket – On sale May 28 – June 6
Dates continued Textbooks, Lap Tops and Library Books due by Thursday, 6/13 All materials not returned by Friday 6/14 will be assessed a fine. Seniors cannot participate in rehearsal or walk at graduation with a fine.
Senior Sunset – June 13, 2019 at RHS Stadium Thursday 6/13, 8:00 pm Seniors gather together for one last sunset. Symbolic of the end of their Senior Year and High School.

Counseling Department Announcements
Online Courses PLEASE COMPLETE NOW! Counselor needs final, official transcript from outside provider to add credit to RHS student transcript Students must have all graduation requirements complete to participate in the graduation ceremony. Online Courses
Senior Check Out Form Students will need to get signatures from: Students will be asked about their post high school plans. College: student will list the college they will be attending in the fall and counseling will mail the official final transcript to the college in late June. Baccalaureate – June 14, 2019 in RHS Main Gym An inspirational evening of reflection and hope for seniors and their families. Seniors have an opportunity to reflect upon their high school years, share their talents, inspire their peers, and give thanks to those who have made an impact in their lives. All seniors are encouraged to share a talent and participate. This year’s theme: Unstoppable!

Senior Grad Night Party This is an all night event starting at 10 pm once graduation ends. We will be leaving from the Alaska Arena. Buy tickets now - email at gradnight@redmondhsptsa.org. The cost is $200. Scholarships are available. This is a party your senior doesn’t want to miss! Fun filled games Lots of food Fun with friends

Graduation Rehearsal – June 17, 7:30 am Rehearsal is mandatory. Students must be at rehearsal to participate in graduation. Students will meet in homeroom before rehearsal for instructions Senior Check Out forms must be completed and turned in prior to rehearsal. Students cannot participate in rehearsal or graduation if Check Out forms are not turned in.

Graduation - Changes for 2019 New venue! Alaska Airlines Arena located on the U. of Washington Tickets are not necessary. No limit on guests Parking will likely cost $15 Bag checks – no wrapped gifts No decorating hats, limits on chord selection.
Graduation - changes Allowed to enter at 7 Students need to arrive by 7 pm and will enter through the leading dock on the South side ADA parking available Only one family member can be with ADA person
Parking Lot The main parking is past the Arena toward University Village There is ADA parking closer to the Arena We will provide a more comprehensive map closer to the ceremony
Graduation - changes No balloons allowed Food and drink is allowed for the guests Students will exit back through the loading dock and meet families up near the front entrances Then to Grad Night or home!
