Leadership:The Concept,Significance,&Bower Resources

Leadership: one of the phenomena on Earth visible and least conscious. The Commander has the ability to move people toward a particular goal, and shows the God must be done by each commander said: "the best of" forces hired these two qualities of. all senses the leadership talked about management scholars.

: Leadership Concept The concept of leadership: . There are three components to the leadership. 1. a view to stir people. 2. a group of individuals. 3. a commander makes in the process templates affect people. Leadership and Power: The Force Commander's ability to influence the actions and decisions of others, and that effective leadership relies on this strength, we need to identify the sources of such force, and identified by scientists with five sources:- 1. the power of Authority Power: the power possessed by the person as a result of the functional location in the formal structure of the Organization, the Director-General, for example, has legitimate authority or the Director of pubic relations legal organization.

2-the power of compulsion or coercion is Coercive Power: a power that is exercised to force others to do a specific job, threaten or exploit their needs and put pressure on them. 3. Reward Power reward power: the power of bonus material to others in Exchange for his work. 4. Expert Power: expert power is the power of influence resulting from the experience and special skills and knowledge possessed by the leader, the teacher exercised the power of art to his students and doctor to his patients.

5. personal power attractive Charisma Power: the power enjoyed by the person as a result of having personal attributes desirable and my favorite by others.

Leader Traits: The Commander has a set of attributes that distinguish it from other subordinates. the Almighty said: '' the best of 2,233 strong "in this verse two qualities of all senses the leadership talked about management scholars, namely: The first characteristic: the force The second characteristic:

Power: mean:- 1. efficiency 2. agility 3. Intelligence 4. creative thinking 5. administrative capacity 6. communication skills

Unlike other task force, Ibn taymiyah said: "force all the work by force in war, returns to the heart and courage to experience war and deception and ability to combat types, force in governance among the people due to the science fair, which is indicated by the book and Sunnah and the capacity to implement the provisions.
