Project objective High quality, gender-responsive and data-driven sixth national report (6NR) that: Improves national decision-making processes Reports on progress towards achieving the Aichi Biodiversity Targets (ABTs) Informs both the fifth Global Biodiversity Outlook (GBO5) Informs the the Global Biodiversity Strategy of 2021 – 2030

There are Seven sections to the 6NR: Section I. Information on the targets being pursued at the national level Section II. NBSAP implementation measures taken, assessment of their effectiveness, associated obstacles and scientific and technical needs Section III. Assessment of progress towards each national target Section IV. Description of the national contribution to the achievement of each Aichi Biodiversity Target Section V. Description of the national contribution to the achievement of the targets of the Global Strategy for Plant Conservation (optional) Section VI. Additional information on the contribution of IPLCs to the achievement of Aichi Biodiversity Targets Section VII. Updated biodiversity country profiles
