About Me: *Grew up in Northern Maine *Majored in Environmental Science and in Educational Studies – University of Maine at Presque Isle *Master’s in Education and Curriculum – University of Phoenix, AZ *Taught 11 years at Washburn District H.S. in Maine *Taught Chemistry, Life Sciences, Physics, Earth Science, and several math classes. *This is my 1st year at Wakefield (so 12th year teaching) *I’ve been married 33 years *My daughter is 31 years old and is married. Lives in Youngsville, NC *My son is 28 years old. Lives in Raleigh *I like to travel, garden, and spend time in nature *I love teaching science!!
