The College Advantage Small classes lead by industry professionals Theory-based academics leads to graduate studies (law school, teacher’s college, Master’s degrees, etc.) Industry-driven curriculum leads to designations (CMA, CGA, CHRP, P.Eng, etc.) Experiential learning leads to jobs (mandatory co-op, internships, placements)

4 A’s of student life and services Academics: library learning commons, learning strategists, assessment, peer tutoring, program advising, career centre… Accessibility: accommodations for many disabilities, peer note takers, adaptive technology, reduced course load… Athletics: varsity teams, organized sports, drop-in recreational activities, fitness classes, weight/cardio training… Amusement: orientation week, Student Association, clubs, leadership camps, special events, trips…

College Admission Requirements Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) Six grade 12 (U/M) credits (including ENG4U) Grade averages vary by program and by college (65% to 85%) Supplemental requirements (e.g. portfolio, audition, interview, etc.)

Application Process Apply online at ontariocolleges.ca $95 application fee Up to 5 program choices (3 at any one college) Equal consideration deadline is February 1st Confirmation deadline is May 1st

Tuition & Fees = $11,500 - $21,000/year Estimated annual cost of tuition, books, academic supplies, etc.: $6,500 - $11,000 Estimated annual living expenses: $5,000 - $10,000 = $11,500 - $21,000/year
