Pen Pal Letter Checklist Name (first, last, and any nicknames?) Age Birthday Where you live/where you are from originally Family (parents’ names and ages, brothers/sisters, family situation) Pets What you like to do What you don’t like to do Favorite school subjects/which ones you don’t like What you are like (personality/looks) Answers to any questions they asked Paragraph in French (only things you have learned how to say) Information about yourself in English to help your pen pal learn the right way to say some things (anything they had a mistake on) Did you bring an envelope? (by Friday please!)

Jeu avec les verbes en -er Each group needs a board, two sets of cards, and game pieces Place the yellow cards facedown where it says “parlez.” Place the pink cards facedown where it says “les verbes.” Roll the dice to see who goes first (highest #) Roll the dice and move that many spaces. If you land on a subject, draw a pink card and say a sentence with that subject and verb. Example, if you land on “nous” and draw the verb “jouer”, you would say “Nous jouons au foot.” (or any other sport) If you land on “parlez!”, draw a yellow card and answer the question.
