ICT TSR Responsibilities Maintain, Administer, and Post for Long-Term Transmission Service Requests Long-term service requests (≥1 year) or requests outside the Study Horizon (18 months) Schedule, send, receive, and validate all Study Agreements System Impact Study Agreement (SISA) Facilities Study Agreement (FSA) Affected System Agreements Respond to any inquiries by the Transmission Service Customer via phone, email, and IssueTrak.

ICT TSR Responsibilities Perform System Impact Study Post all study reports (SISR & FSR) and documentation as per Entergy’s Tariff Provide all notices to the customer as required

ICT TSR Responsibilities Review and validate the results of the Facilities Study Classify upgrades as Base Plan or Supplemental as per Attachment T of Entergy’s Tariff Coordinate studies with any Affected Systems
