Try as much as possible to be close to your employees and share information with them. 5-9 points : You have the potential to be a good manager. You need to motivate the people who work for your company, the consequence will be an increase in their efficiency. Moreover, do not forget that you have to be fair with your staff. 0-4 points : You really need to improve. Never forget that business is a matter of people, you have to be respected, but you also need to respect your staff. It is the basics of success in management.
