A Training Session was organized about new TSCR technology by TATA Steel Ltd. in our office. TATA Steel was represented by :- Mr. Harshender Garg – Sr. Manager Mr. Hiten Pradhan – Head PAG North, TATA Steel Mr. Vivek - PAG Manager All the Sales Executives, Engineer (PAG) and Service centre persons attended this training. The training session was carried out by Mr. Hiten Pradhan & Mr. Vivek Vardhan. Mr. Harshender Garg also extend his knowledge to help understand the topic. The Difference between TSCR and conventional process has been well explained by both the speakers. It was highly interactive session and was well received by all the participant.

Major Topic covered:- 1. TSCR – A New Technology 2. Difference between TSCR & HSM (Conventional Technology) 3. A Glance of new TDC developed by TATA Steel. The topics were well explained with help of pictures for better understanding of participants. The questions raised by the participants were answered to the full satisfaction.

Benefits of training session All the doubts regarding TSCR were cleared. The advantages as well disadvantages were discussed in length giving a larger prospect of the new technology. Participants were happy to have such a wonderful session to enhance their knowledge. Having an elaborated knowledge of subject, Sales Executive will be able to handle the queries from customers in a better way. They will be able to explain about the product, technology, grades and other related things with a great understanding. The training will also will help PAG and Service Centre Executives to understand the product quality in a better way. They will be more confident about the quality of our product and will be able to counter customer objections with a valid reason.
