Four Classes of Facilities Class I – Most Severe - Biosolids & MSW Class II – Animal Material & Food Waste Class III – Ag Residue, Manure, Wood, Paper Class IV – Same as III or Onsite Materials < 2 acre

All Facilities Require Control Surface Water – Onto and Off Control Nuisance Conditions – Noise, Dust, Odors Prevent Water Pollution – At or Beyond site Control Access – Prevent Illegal Dumping
