EQAVET 1st Annual Forum WORKSHOP REPORT GROUP (4)

1 European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training Strategic Issues How to build on what has already been achieved – rather than starting again How to move from the development to the implementation phase including information, co-operation and testing How best to support training providers and other stakeholders on developing a culture of QA (rather than just supporting the national system) How to develop support which recognises that each Member State is at a different stage in the development of a system-wide quality assurance.   1 European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training

2 European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training Strategic Issues It is important to see indicators as a means of improving national practice rather than as a basis for European comparisons Identify what Member States have done to improve practice as a result of analysing the indicators The indicators are used as the means of identifying what issues need to be addressed at Member State level 2 European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training
