Goal 4: Restoration Work Planning 4.3 Identify funding priorities by focal area Active Project Development Floodplains, middle Skagit South tribs, Skagit Delta = Off-channel restoration, barrier removal, planting. Upper Samish = planting, fencing San Juan Islands = work with partners to develop large-scale feasibility & design projects East Whidbey = develop partnerships focusing on private fish passage barriers Outreach/Build partnerships Lower Skagit, Lower Samish, Nookachamps – link outreach and planting programs Middle Skagit North tribs – work with small communities
