Cupcakes au chocolat

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).

Step 2 Prepare the muffins. Break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl and place in a saucepan filled with water. Melt the chocolate gently in a bain-marie. Mix with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is smooth. Whisk the soft butter with the powdered sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the eggs, one after the other, then the melted chocolate slightly warmed and beat well. Then, incorporate the wheat flour in rain, sifted with the baking powder and mix well, pour the milk and stir again vigorously to obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste. Divide the dough in small boxes. Bake for 20 minutes. Check the cooking with a knife blade. If it comes out dry, the chocolate cupcakes are cooked. Take the molds out of the oven and cool the cupcakes on a rack.

Step 3 Prepare the chocolate icing by breaking a chocolate tablet into pieces. Put it with the butter cut in pieces in a bowl. Place it on a saucepan filled with water and melt the mixture in a bain-marie. Stir until the chocolate is smooth. Put this mixture through a flower tip piping bag and form a rose like foam on the chocolate cupcakes. Serve the decorated cupcakes
