DISNEYLAND – HERE WE COME YOUR YEAR YOUR PARK YOUR PARTY SCOTTSDALE PREPARATORY ACADEMY CLASS OF 2019

PHOENIX DEPARTURE LOGISTICS Departure from Scottsdale Preparatory Academy Change from dress clothes to Disney clothes Bus Check-in 10-10:30 p.m. – There are ASSIGNED BUSES (Please board the correct bus) Chartered Buses (with restrooms) and charging outlets Depart Scottsdale Prep by 11 p.m. A few stops for gas along the way Arrive Disneyland around 7 a.m.

DISNEYLAND ARRIVAL LOGISTICS Listen to instructions from your Assigned Chaperone Stay with your Chaperone (1 chaperone per 14 students until you get into the park) Take a group picture at the entrance ALWAYS stay with a buddy CHECK IN (text) with your Chaperone every 4 hours (by noon and by 4 p.m.) MEET at the FRONT / MAIN entrance to CA Adventure at 8:30 p.m.

DISNEYLAND POLICIES & EXPECTATIONS ATTENDING GRAD NITE IS NOT A RIGHT, IT’S A PRIVILEGE In partnership with the Anaheim Police Dept, they conduct screenings for banned substances – includes bag searches and the use of drug-sniffing canines. If there is a potential for a banned substance, a pat down search may occur.

DISNEYLAND POLICIES & EXPECTATIONS The following behaviors are NOT tolerated Group chanting or yelling in attraction queues Failure to comply with a request of a Disney Cast Member Refrain from running (for your own safety) Inappropriate language (including profanity) Feeding any animals in the park, including birds

DISNEYLAND ITEMS PROHIBITIED Glass containers (including perfume and reusable water bottles) All outside food and liquids (including factory-sealed water bottles) Laser pointers or other items that are disruptive including bluetooth speakers Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarettes Selfie sticks Professional cameras

DISNEYLAND ITEMS TO BRING Empty plastic water bottle to be filled at water stations (provided) Protective sun gear (sunscreen, hats, sunglasses) Small backpacks (provided) Cell phone, phone charging cables, and mobile battery chargers Jacket or sweatshirt for the early morning and night time hours Money to pay for food and souvenirs NOTE: if a student plans to use a debit or credit card, the name on the card MUST match the student’s ID card Small point-and-shoot camera, or non-professional DSLR camera to capture memories from the event Photo ID

DISNEYLAND MEDICATION RULES To facilitate the screening process, all prescription and over-the-counter medication for students should be carried in to the park by a Chaperone through the security screening area. Medication may be given back to the student after clearing the security screening process.

DISNEYLAND DRESS CODE Inappropriate for the theme park (which may result in refusal of admittance) Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics Excessively torn clothing or loose fitting clothing which may be a potential hazard Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment Bare feet – You will be in the park from opening until 2 am – suggest tennis shoes not sandals

DISNEYLAND DEPARTURE LOGISTICS 2 a.m. Meet at the entrance to CA Adventure (where we met at 8:30 p.m.). We will take the shuttle to the Toy Story parking lot to board the buses. Arrive Scottsdale Prep between 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
