Cover sheet Your name Your life

Family and Pets Glue down all of your children and pets Can be two pages if you have a lot of children

Pictures and prices Can be two sheets House and Car(s) Pictures and prices Can be two sheets If you bought a foreclosed house- add $500/month to your monthly budget for repairs

Menu Should have the cost of your items included on the menu If you are going to save $15/week- make sure that you have included 20 coupons

Budget sheet All of your expenses have been added A check has been written for each expense Your check #s and dates match what’s on the budget sheet You have included your pink ticket and added the surprise into your budget You have calculated how much extra money you have at the end of the month

Government Assistance (Optional) You have printed out and completed the form for government assistance You have added the correct amount of money back into your budget
