2 2 Objectives Provide an overview of the Implementation Services RFP for Finance, Procurement, and Grants Management Discuss the States plan to reach a Fall 2010 project start Keep the lines of communication open until the Implementation Services RFP is released

3 3 All information shared today is subject to change. Answers to questions regarding the Implementation Services RFP are not legal and binding and will not be given in writing. The State plans to release a separate RFP for Human Resource / Payroll Implementation Services at a later date. The State will not answer any questions regarding the MAGIC software RFP No Reminders

5 5 Services RFP Scope includes Life-cycle processes from initiation through implementation Six month maintenance period after Go-Live Co-Locate project team Vendor must provide fully equipped work space for the vendors project team and 30 State project team members within the Jackson metro area.

6 6 Services RFP Contract type Fixed price by deliverable Vendor receives 80% of deliverable cost when State accepts deliverable (20% retainage released upon system acceptance) State mandates payment deliverables Vendor will be required to provide a performance bond Personnel Vendor must commit to named personnel Project Manager/ Deputy Project Manager / Team leads
