How do we find good food?

What food is this? Wheat flour, barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, water, yeast, soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, sugar, salt, conditioner (soy lecithin, mono and diglycerides, datem, ethoxylated mono and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate, ascorbic acid, l-cysteine, monohydrochloride, azodicarbonamide, calcium iodate, enzymes), natural and artificial flavors, dextrose, soy lecithin, calcium salts, yeast nutrients (monocalcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate), artificial color, beta carotene, vitamin a plalmitate, calcium propionate and potassium sorbate (preservatives).
