Transfer Requirements 60-transferable semester units or 90- quarter units from a regionally accredited institution. Minimum 2.0 GPA in all transferable units completed. Be in good standing at the last college or university attended. Complete the following classes with a grade of C- or better: A1. Oral communication A2. Written communication A3. Critical thinking B4. Rescinded Admission Getting Started What happens if I am rescinded? Rescind: to cancel our offer of provisional admission You had fewer than 60 semester transferable units or 90 quarter units. Your GPA fell below a 2.0. You were not in good standing at the last institution attended. You did not complete one or more of the Golden 4: Oral Communication, Written Communication, Critical Thinking, Math/Quantitative Reasoning What happens if I am rescinded? You may have an opportunity to appeal. The letter will state why you were rescinded.

Orientation During TIVO, you will: Transfer Island View Orientation (TIVO) is a one day program that will acquaint you with the campus and introduce you to important resources and services. Registration will also take place during your session. During TIVO, you will: Receive academic course information from Academic Advisors and learn how to register for your Fall courses Learn about academic expectations from faculty Meet fellow classmates and student leaders Learn about campus programs and services Find out how to maximize the CI experience Collect CI gear and eat your first CI meal Tour the campus and learn traditions, including the ritual of "Becoming a Dolphin"

Final Transcript & Test Score Deadline: Final Transcripts & Test Scores Final Transcript & Test Score Deadline: Monday, July 2, 2018 Final transcripts from all institutions attended must have Spring 2018 coursework and final grades posted. Can be mailed or hand-delivered, but must be official and sealed when received (Electronic transcripts preferred). It is your responsibility to order transcripts and ensure their delivery by July 2, 2018. Faxed transcripts, printouts, and emails are not accepted. Official AP scores must be received from College Board as soon as possible. AP scores on college transcripts are not accepted. -Archived AP scores may take an extended period of time to receive. Order ASAP – especially if used for Golden 4.

Associate Degrees for Transfer Official transcripts serve as verification of ADT when the transcript notes that it is awarded If you reported an ADT on the application, you do not need to send verification Q: What if I reported that I would be earning an ADT but that is no longer the case? A: An ADT is not an admission requirement. As long as you will meet the basic admission requirements at the end of spring 2018, your admissions status will not be affected. -Records will review more info regarding ADTs

Recap & Review The 3-step Intent to Enroll process is: Accept offer of admissions Register for orientation Pay for orientation The 3-step Intent to Enroll deadline is May 1 at 11:59 p.m. Final official transcripts: Must be received by July 2 from all previous colleges attended Electronic is preferred, fax is NOT allowed. Once received, the final transcript item will no longer appear on your To Do List If your admission is rescinded you may have an opportunity to appeal within 15 business days of notification
