What is Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM)? CAM is a holistic approach to health and wellness. Spirituality is the foundation of good health and wellness. We are all spirits who have a mind/soul and live in a body. Nutrition is the fuel our minds and bodies need to be healthy and all we can be. Supplements are essential, because they give us what we need when we don’t get it from our diets.

My focus will be on creating an awareness of community gardens providing nutritious foods at a discounted rate. Review ethical and safety precautions during lecture.

The focus of this lecture will be on supplements and how they contribute to optimal health. My focus will be on creating an awareness of healthy shopping markets providing supplements at a discounted rate. Review safety precautions during lecture.
