Huntsville High School Softball Program Upgrades Change Orders: A change order is generated when any deviation from the originally bid plans and specifications is required by either the contractor or the owner Change orders from the owner might include items such as additions, expansions, or deletions in what was originally asked for Change orders from the contractor might include items such as aid to construction for utility fees, and charges for work that resulted from unforeseen conditions Most construction projects include a contingency figure in the requested budget Change orders can result in a refund to the owner

Huntsville High School Softball Program Upgrades Sports Lighting Additional part of the Title IX Lawsuit – Upgrade lighting Install field lighting for the softball field and football field (safety issue with poles required upgrade to both fields, reference April 6, 2018 presentation) Remove existing light poles and lights – Save existing lights for use at another location Install 4 Muscco light poles at the softball field and 4 Muscco light poles at the football field Upgrade power to accommodate new lights and run underground to new locations Provide soils testing at each pole location New lights will have a 25 year Maintenance Warranty
