Deb Sater - Trainer Profile How to Support Me Be patient with me if we run into technological problems, as I am not tech savvy. At all. Really. Provide explanations for changes that are occurring. Once I know why something is changing, I can get on board much faster. Speak loudly as I do have hearing loss and be prepared to repeat the information if I don’t catch it the first time. Ask questions if information is not clear. What people like and admire about Me as a Trainer I am a good public speaker I am a good story teller I have a great whistle I am organized and very detail oriented I have a good sense of humor What is important to me Being able to use creativity in my work. Having enough time to get done what needs to get done. That my enthusiasm for Person Centered Thinking practices sparks enthusiasm in the people I train and coach to use these skills. Making a difference Allowing an independent schedule so I can complete my tasks as I arrange and prioritize. TLC-PCP 2012 www.learningcommunity.us
