Basic Requirements

Required Grade Point Average 3.3 / 4.0 GPA check each semester

2. Accumulate Activity Points Sophomores: 60 Points 2 Activity Areas Juniors: 100 Points 3 Activity Areas

3. Character Evaluation NPHS faculty completes a character evaluation based on your conduct during 9th, 10th, and (where appropriate) 11th grades

AFTER Acceptance and Initiation All members are expected to complete and document at least 5 service or volunteer hours each semester.

Activity Points

Earn points by participation Level 1: Reliable & regular participant in activity Value = 5 points Level 2: More intensive level of participation Value = 10 points

Earn points by participation Level 3: Awards, Leadership roles Value = add 5 points to Levels 1 and 2 Level 4: Captain, President, Regional or higher Value = add 5 points to Levels 1, 2, and 3

Who gives points? Coaches and Sponsors You should help them understand the accumulation of points If you have a unique situation not addressed on the form, please come ask me
