Review Bell Work What day is this project due? – this Friday the 27th by the end of class When you turn in a project, what else do you turn in with it? – rubric(grade yourself), reflection What do you need to have completed in order to get the final paper for this project, to start tapping(four things)? – three sketches and your poem If you miss a class, how can you make-up the work we did in class? – after school, during study hall/content tutoring(get a pass) Way to all make it here today with the snow! Tape Out Contour Lines for Your Thing Quick Example of the Process

Final Steps Pull the tape Let the paint fully dry Add your contour line poem inside the negative space that you created with your contour lines/tape Those who want to can create fancy letters…we can go over lettering Wed. in class for those that would like to do calligraphy

Studio Time Start contouring out the piece from your poem in your booklet – need 3 sketches Complete your ode poem Your contour line drawing should be a visual representation of your ode poem You can use your phone as a reference, but if I see you texting or on social media I’ll have to take it or bag it, so please be the responsible students you are 5 – points per day for studio time for actively working on your project See the back pillar blue dots for sounds like and looks like examples
