Summarize the article in a brief paragraph (5-6 sentences) What are the potential outcomes of this event? Find a political cartoon What is being depicted in the cartoon? What message is the artist trying to convey?

Political Cartoons There are SIX pages around the room Please choose ONE cartoon from EACH PAGE to analyze on a sheet of paper Who or what is depicted in the cartoon? Does the cartoon have a particular point of view? What is it? Where did this cartoon appear? Is the country of origin important to understanding the message? Choose one cartoon from the collection. Are there others addressing the same issue? How do the messages differ? How are they the same?
