Donostia / San Sebastian is a city located in the Basque Country, in the north of Spain, 20 km from the border with France. The city is the capital of Gipuzkoa province. The city of Donostia / San Sebastián overlooks the sea and, with 185,000 inhabitants, keeps a human scale. The metropolitan area has inhabitants.
