Original Contract Agreement International Center for Leadership in Education Purpose: To increase school leaders and coaches capacity to create and deliver rigorous and relevant lessons through effective implementation of the Daggett System of Effective Instruction and the Rigor and Relevance Framework, resulting in increased student achievement Professional Learning 4 days of professional learning for principals 6 days of site-based coaching 20-day action plans 4 days of professional learning for site-based instructional coaches 4 days of coaching for 8 cohorts of up to 10 educators (80 total educators) Travel Expenses for Consultants Original Expense: $864,000 for 2018 – 2019, 2019 - 2020

Revised Contract Agreement International Center for Leadership in Education Professional Learning 4 days of professional learning Includes principal and 1 additional campus instructional leader 4 days of coaching for 8 cohorts of up to 10 educators (80 total educators) Collaborative Instructional Review (CIR) will provide a process and common framework for supporting teachers to plan for, deliver, and reflect on rigorous and relevant learning for ALL students Most impactful in improving classroom instructional practices Travel Expenses for Consultants Expense: $130,000 for 2018-2019 school year
