Más + adjetivo + que More + (adjective) + than Ejemplo: Yo soy mas bonita que tu. I am more pretty than you. El futbol es mas divertido que el golf. Soccer is more fun than golf Your turn: Skiiing is more interesting than skating. Esquiar es mas interesante que patinar.

Más + de + # More than (some number) Ejemplo: Yo tengo mas de diez lapices. I have more than ten pencils. El equipo tiene mas de quince bates. The team has more than 15 bats. Your turn: You have more than 87 helmets. Tu tienes mas que ochenta y siete cascos.

Más + noun + que More + (things) + than Ejemplo: Hay mas chicos que chicas. There are more guys than girls. Hay mas pelotas de beisbol que pelotas de tenis. There are more baseballs than tennis balls. Your turn: There are more skates than skateboards. Hay mas patines que patinetas.

Notes on being more than . . . You’re not more old, you’re older: Yo soy mayor que mi hermano. You can’t be more better, you’re just better. Yo soy mejor que mi hermano.
