NOTIFICATION of 2013 PCSC AGM From: Park City Soccer Club Sent: Thurs 3/1/13 6:23 PM ***PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS*** The Annual General Meeting for the Park City Soccer Club has been scheduled for 6:00 pm on Thursday, March 28th, 2013 at the Trailside Park Offices (Conference Room). Anyone interested is welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting. For matters requiring a vote, i.e. Board Member election, changes in Bylaws, etc., each affiliated Club team (i.e. GU-11, BU-14 etc.) must have in attendance TWO Team Representatives. These representatives shall serve a one-year term and can either be elected by their respected teams members (1 vote per team player) or appointed by the Team Manager in the event no team representatives are elected. The Team Manager(**IMPORTANT**) is then required to register the elected or appointed Team Representatives with the Club Secretary (Ceci Laufer – at least 72 hours in advance (by 6:00 pm on Monday, March 25th, 2013) of the AGM meeting. If Team Representatives are NOT registered in a timely manner, the affiliated team shall forfeit their participatory votes. If you wish to have a say in voting matters concerning your child, your team, and the Park City Soccer Club, please notify your team manager and plan on attending the AGM on March 28th. TOURNAMENTS --Tournament Play is at the discretion of each individual Team, Coach and Coaching Director --Club Program Fees cover the entry fees for the PC Extreme Cup and one more tournament throughout the year --Travel expenses for tournaments are additional and not included in Club Program Fees Park City Soccer Club Annual General Meeting

PCSC PROPOSED PROGRAM FEES U7-U10 ACADEMY PROGRAM $275/SEASON---FALL AND SPRING X-LEAGUE U9---$1100 U10---$1400 FULL-YEAR COMPETITIVE PROGRAM U11-U14---$1400 HIGH SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM U15-U18---$1000 PRACTICE ROSTER U9-U18---$50/MONTH *A $200/family Volunteer Deposit will be added to the program fees for all rostered players. VOLUNTEER INCENTIVE PROGRAM The success of PCSC is dependent upon each family being committed and supporting Club sponsored activitiesespecially the Park City Extreme Cupthrough completion of volunteer hours.
