The Purpose The purpose of the School Governance Conference was:  to equip, inspire, and empower council members to lead differently in local school decision-making  host workshops packed with up-to-date information that equipped  members to monitor their strategic plans  inspire members to share their story with community stakeholders  empower members to leverage resources to support their school initiatives
