Figure 1 Treatment of uterine stromal fibroblasts with estradiol over 6 days shows that HGF secretion increases with increased exposure to estradiol (10−8 M). Conditioned media was completely removed at 48-hour intervals and replaced with fresh media with or without estradiol. The mean +/− SEM of HGF secreted in four replicates per treatment is shown.
