Remember Brush teeth before you go to bed to prevent this!

If you get pain If its only on eating food or drinking hot drinks Try Sensodyne or Colgate sensitive tooth paste for 1 month

But if you get swelling or severe pain or the pain does not stop… see a dentist quickly. Seeing them early can prevent your teeth from being lost It can also prevent this!
