Process for Approving/Advertising Posts SEFS New Posts Requiring UMTO Approval Administrative grades from Admin V (inclusive) and above Academic grades from Lecturer Above the Bar (only) and above including Academic Consultant   Senior Technical Officer and Chief Technical Officer Following discussion with the Head of School and the Head of College Signed PF emailed to SEFS College Office PF Logged and Assigned a Tracking Number Following College Management meeting held every two weeks PF signed by Head of College, Finance Analyst and HR Manager or held for further review with HOS. Interview Board Menebership Review PF needing UMTO approval ( UMT Staffing Template) sent to Central HR by Friday 2 weeks prior to monthly UMTO Considered at UMTO Hiring Manager emails job advert, candidate information pack and confirmed/approved selection committee to SEFS HR Manager SEFS College Level Approval Post added to advertising schedule in Central HR and assigned a HR Administrator Status update to schools from HR Manager All replacement Posts can be approved at College Level and the following new Posts Executive Assistant and Senior Executive Assistant; Lecturer Below the Bar and Lecturer Across the Bar All other technical grades other than STO and CTO Status update to schools from HR Manager Advise and support from HR Manager
