BRAND INFORMATION BRAND HISTORY Crafted with a simple philosophy: to craft great wines to share with friends. With the intention of offering quality at affordable price points, we celebrate the winding paths that take us from vineyard to glass to craft these varietally correct, approachable, quality wines. FEATURES AND BENEFITS Varietally true wines at very competitive price points grown in suitable regions for the varietal Eye-catching, modern packaging that draws the consumer in Complicated wines (Chardonnay, Pinot and Red) showcase California fruit but with old world inspirations. Chardonnay and Pinot from the cool climate Sonoma Coast and the Red from the coveted Central Coast Consistent high scores from critics COMPETITIVE SET Meiomi, Josh, Tablas Creek, Connundrum, Frei Brothers, Jam Cellars

KEY SELLING POINTS Sonoma Coast’s cooler climate enables higher acidity and bright aromas, thus appealing to a broad Chardonnay audience Famed Petaluma Wind Gap is a key sourcing component and due to its wind and fog, it is known for producing classic Burgundian varietals Chablis inspired, minimal oak intervention (<20% new 3-6 months) to let terroir speak. Only partial malolactic fermentation (<50%) to preserve bright fruit characteristics Ripe peach, crisp apple, lemon curd, warm spices and toasty oak on the nose are accentuated by stone fruit and vanilla on the palate. Balanced acidity is complimented by a creamy finish laced with spiced pear. Quality recognized by sommelier set and perfect BTG price point. COMPLICATED CHARDONNAY SONOMA COAST Sonoma Coast’s cooler climate enables higher acidity and bright Burgundian style, aromas and flavors, but is still quintessential Sonoma/California Aged in French oak (40% new, 6-9 months) to add complexity and compliment the fruit, not mask it. Aromas of light black cherry-earth, herbal notes, hints of teriyaki, rose petal, strawberry and raspberry. The juicy palate with a medium body and background of powder and minerality supports flavors of plum, cherry and strawberry and coffee notes. COMPLICATED PINOT NOIR SONOMA COAST Sourced from the Central Coast, inspired by the Rhone and Priorat, yet with California soul. Varietals: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan. Percentages change based on vintage yields. Grenache sourced from Monterey predominantly for this region’s bright red fruit Syrah from Paso Robles and Santa Barbara to add darker fruit and spice components Carignan from East Paso Robles adds a smokey, meaty quality. Aged in French oak and has aromas of red berry, plum, spice, black cherry with toffee and soft subtle chocolate accents are complemented by some floral notes COMPLICATED RED CENTRAL COAST
