Presentation transcript:

Leaders Care Leaders “are collaborative leaders in business, non-profit, government and the education sectors, they realize the benefits of working together. They are visionaries that have an art for implementing results. Their success comes from realizing that small changes in compassion, acceptability, responsibility and empathy can have immediate impact on not only their organizations bottom line but more importantly the people that make up this system”. Teams explore the subject of “CARE” through a tremendous video series called, “Leaders are Courageous”. It is supplemented with group discussions, then divided into small teams and then later as an individual to explore the model of compassion, acceptance, responsibility, and empathy. The workshop is thought-provoking and each individual will leave devoted to making appropriate changes in their personal and work lives.
